mods for 360 version of oblivion

mods for 360 version of oblivion

i know how there is mods for pc version of oblivion, and i was thinking of putting some on my 360 oblivion, is that illegal or can they catch you easily?

The only way I know to get mods/expansions on the 360 is to download from Xbox Marketplace, and those are all legal.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
