So im at the point in the main quest line where i have to get a daedric artifact for Martin, and the game automaticly flags you to the Azura daedric quest. I cannot kill those Orcs in the mine, they get three hits on me and im done, maybe im supposed to be at a higher level at this point? (im only at level 3, moving onto level 4 next time i can sleep).
Anyway, looking at some walkthroughs, they say there are some other quests you can do to get a daedric artifact, but none seem to actually name them. Just wondering if anyone here can direct me to another one? thanks.

Talk to people!!
Various folks you run into know where Daedric shrines are and will tell you if they like you. A word of advice - DON'T give Martin Azura's Star, it's WAY too useful. Easier quests include Sanguine and Sheogorath, and those artifacts are less handy.
BTW, you are REALLY rushing the main quest. Do some side quests, Fighter's Guild, random quests, etc. to build your stats or you are gonna have a VERY rough time of it in the later parts of the main quest.

Any doctrine that will not bear investigation is an unworthy tenant of the mind of an honest man.
There are walkthroughs of all the daedric quests here:
