Does anyone know what the note is for in the abandoned shack near Gnaar Mok? I've played the game loads of times but always discovering new things and just found that note but can't work out whether its part of a quest or just there to give background on whoever used to live there.

It seems to just be 'furniture', there's no script on it, and it's not required in any dialogue that I could find.
