How do I access Chieftan's Room in Swamp Caves?

Room is marked as 4, but I can't seem to find any passage that connects to it. How do I enter it?

There's a door on the southern side of the room. Press the Z key to highlight it.

Yep, it's right there just north of the sideways "U" on the map path.

Be ready when you open that door though, as the chieftain is more than ready to pound you to ashy goo.

That mark on the map that looks like II is the doorway.
