Possible Walkthrough sticky

I don't know if you mods will think this is a good idea or not, but perhaps it would help new members and keep the board less cluttered by putting a sticky announcement that the walkthrough is completed and to refer to that before asking a "where is this (item, quest, etc.)" type of question, or anything else that can be found there.
