Nheero Futma Bug

Hi!
Here's my problem: when i click the prison door in Dragon's Eye lvl1, Nheero Futma talks to me and asks if I could free him. Now, when I open the prison door Nheero just is not there. All the other prisoners are [the mage that will attack you and the three other guys you can talk to]. I just wanted to ask if someone else expirienced this problem and if this someone could provide me a solution ^_^
