Any spell you know, or have made, can be an enchantment. Once its made, it becomes available when you get to the enchantment screen that shows all available spells that can be placed in that item. What problem are you having, exactly?

there are all different spells say fire or levitate.

If you buy the el cheapo wimpy fire and levitate for 50 gp each time you have the same enchanting possibilities as when you buy the 1200 gp super fire levitate spells.

Then when you go to an enchanter (don't try to do it yourself) you get 2 boxes. Put an item in one box and a soul gem in the other. You need a golden saint or ascended sleeper to get constant effects.

The left side of the screen will have all your spells. Not each spell but each TYPE of spell. So if you have 10 variations of fire damage spell it doesn't matter you only get 1 fire damage in your enchant screen. You with me? Then you pick out from available enchant possibilities what you want. You can only enchant up to the 'enchant points' of the item you are enchanting.

Expiriment!!! And then ask more questions.

Heres a summary

1) YOU need an enchanter. click enchant from the dialogue
2) YOU need a spell. that is the spell you will enchant with
3) You need an item. that is what gets enchanted up to its max enchant points.
4) you need a FILLED (filled with a soul) soul gem. That is how much charge the item has.
5) for constant effect items you need a grand soulgem FILLED with a golden saint or ascended sleeper.
6) YOU need to pay the enchanter to enchant your item with gold. If you try to do it yourself you will fail unless you have insane intelligence and enchant skill

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
