Key to second level of palace(xbox360)

Yea I need the key to get to the second level of the imperial palace because I got kicked out of the palace during the thieves guild master quest ultimate heist... I have to the scroll and i the gray fox isn't at that guys house so i have to take a specific route.

Please need help asap

I've never found a key to that door, but maybe you can go back through the "Old Way" (through the sewers) and try again.

you won't be able to go back through the sewers. when you go through the secret door leading to the secret passage at the very start of the game, the door shuts behind you and theres no handle or lever to open the door (I havn't looked throughly though)

and unless were talking about different passages, dosn't that route lead to the prision?

The bad news is, I think the only way is to load a savegame before you got kicked out of the palace. I tried it and you can get all the way back to the hall of epochs, but the door to the imperial guard quarters won't open.

well i have no saves before that... ill see if i can call customer support and then xbox live and see if they can give me the achievement... I have the scroll and i have the arrow and the boots of springheel jack still... maybe they can help me

No saves.. bummer. I don't know if this will make you feel any better, but the final thieves guild reward completely defies the purpose (and fun) of being a thief. You are pretty far in the questline already, so I wouldn't sweat it. This way you won't get bored with your character as quickly.
