Ahdarji's Ring (SPOILERS)

Post by Rubik »

I just read the quest walkthrough on this site after I finished the quest... Did anyone else just ignore the "torture chamber" entrance and just sneak through the front door?

Please remember to follow the instructions in the sticky thread, regarding putting a SPOILER designation on a thread like this. If not, your future threads could mysteriously vanish. ;)

I'll change this one.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Oh yeah. First time I played the TG questline, I found the handmaiden dead in a ditch near Bravil (long story, but it was a coincidence). Ended up doing the whole quest basically blind as far as dialog hints & clues. Took me days and days of real time before I figured out where the ring must be and how to get it. Sneaking in the front door was a major hassle, even with a pretty high sneak skill and several invisibility potions.

Later I ran a different character thru the TG missions, found the handmaiden still alive, talked to the beggars, piece of cake. DOH!!!
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

I always use secret passages, it is more fun that way.
