Vile Lair help

I just got the Vile Lair expansion and I don't become a vampire whenever I go to sleep in the coffin...any suggestions???

I dont think you are suppose to become a vamp just from sleeping in the coffin. I have slept in that coffin several times. I think its just a decorated bed really. there are several ways to become a vamp one sure way is... ok well this a a mild DB spoiler so highlight if you wsant to know

join the dark brotherhood and after a few mission the vamp will offer to turn you into a vamp then all you have to do is request it and he will do it.

if your desperate to become a vampire then do the azura's star quest.
If you don't want to then just search around through random caves and every once and a while you will come across vampire marauders.
set the game difficulty to easy and just let them keep hitting you till it says you have contracted a disease (someone please tell him the name i can't remember)

The diseases name is something like Poly-something Hemophilia.

Just remember, if you're fighting a Vampire and some random jibberish pops up on screen, it's probably the disease.
