All I want for christmas

Post by Snipercon »

All I want for christmas is a siangham in NVN2.

What does everyone else want Obsidian to patch into the game this year?

P.S. I will send 10 $s to the first person to correctly guess the precise reason why I want a siangham.

I assume the reason you are requesting a siangham is because you are playing a halfling monk?

What I want for Christmas from Bioware is a patch offering improved persistent world support. I will be done with the single player campaign soon and I am looking forward to roleplaying with people vs. trying to roleplay with AI characters...

The performance issue. Urgently. After reading Gamespot's Neverwinter Nights 2's performance guide (link), it just proves that this game is indeed a systems hog. For a game that doesn't have graphics on par with Oblivion's, it still requires the top-of-the-line hardware to get a decent performance.

The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

Other Asian weapons. I'm so sick of Katanas. The only asian weapon every to featured in any game is always a Katana.

The "monk" weapons are almost all traditionally from asian cultures. Have you just decided to ignore those?

Maybe I should have been more psecific. Swords. More asian swords. Only the stars and kama count as asian. And a more variety when it comes to scimitars (even if its only cosmetics) to reflect more middle eastern style ones. The only only ones we ever see are Shamshirs (persian styled).

Oh and whips. We need whips.

Another post brought this to my attention but it should be here too (plus something else I just thought of).

In the next patch I want an XP slidebar. One you can adjust between 90 and 110% how much experience you get from quests and killing things and stuff.

And and and the ability to spontaneously switch party members in and out while you are in the tavern and keep. Its sooo  anoying to have to walk outside or all the way to that path just to give Gronbar some equipment that looks good on him, just to switch him back out of your party.
