I recently started playing the game, and am having a very difficult time moving the character in front of me. I am just using a regular MS wireless optical mouse, and must use it in combination with the position (i.e., w, s, etc.) and arrow keys. I haven't had this problem in other games, however, 99% of them are first person shooters. Can anyone recommend better techniques for moving the character, or perhaps a better game controller?
Thanks,
Chuck

Thanks for the two responses. To answer the first suggestion, the problem of manueverability with the mouse (in conjunction with the appropriate keyboard keys) has been evident since starting this particular game. I am now using a laser wireless mouse, and it moves around superbly when playing other games (such as Quake 4). Then again, that is a FPS, not like this game with the character situated in front of you. For the second suggestion, you are recommending some sort of xbox/ps2 game controller--is this a generic type I should be looking for, or is there a specific brand/model? I just hope that this type of controller will allow me to move the character around a lot more freely. Any other suggestions would be very appreciated.Geork wrote:I recently started playing the game, and am having a very difficult time moving the character in front of me.
