My Fence Hates me! (minor spoiler)

Post by Indianasmith »

Before I joined the Thieve's Guild, I undertook a quest to retrieve the Honorblade of Chorrol for a wandering merchant. When my questlog showed that the blade had been stolen from Chorrol Castle, I opted to return it there. Now I am nearing the end of the Thieve's Guild quests, and the mendicant merchant turns out to be the Guild's top fence. (something Ules I think.) I have been allowed by the Grey Fox to use the top fence, but everytime I click on him, he snarls "You made your choice, now leave me be!" and won't interact with me further. If I steal the Honorblade back and give it to him, will he speak to me? Or have I forever forfeited his business?
Any doctrine that will not bear investigation is an unworthy tenant of the mind of an honest man.

Use the others...for now

Ules will not like you until you complete the TG questline. No big loss, the reward for returning the sword to it's proper owner is great. For now just take your buisiness elsewhere and use the other fences.
