Yes, always. And I often have 100 INF with Visas, too. But I've never seen the option...that I know of, anyway.
Maybe it's the clothes; do you have to leave her in her original clothes all game, or can you changer her back into them before the fight?

From what I remember, you have to put her in her original clothing before you face Nhilious, but she doesn't have to have them on all the time.

By the way, I've been hearing that you can see how much influence you have with someone on a scale, so I'm wondering if its true. If it is, can you only see it on the PC version?
