I made my first little mod to Oblivion(I had made some simple ones to morrowind) Which includes a new playable race. BUT I cant get that idiot in the other cell saying anything irritating:laugh: , so the emperor does not come down. I used console to open the cell door, and went to see him. He doesnt move. Please tell me what to do. :(
