are the dark brotherhood and the thieves guild the only guilds that have merchants to sell stuff too? fighters and mages guild have none, is this correct?

I don't know of any FG members who buy & sell stuff, but there is at least one person at each MG hall who will buy & sell potions, scrolls, alchemy supplies & ingredients (and they'll buy anything if your Mercantile skill is 50+).
