Constant HEALTH DRAIN HELP!

i'm in one town and every time i fast travel to another, the screen gets kind of glowy, and then i start losing health constantly and can't fast travel because of it as well, i can last for a while but then die eventually. i'd like to be able to fast travel between cities. any help appreciated

You've got a problem...

Check out the tab to the far right on your spells pages and it will show you what's currently affecting you. You could be poisoned or perhaps you've contracted a certain disease. Traveling without attending to these will cause you to lose health. Just walking along you should notice health loss. If it only happens during the day then you can narrow down the list of possibilities.

Sounds like you're a vampire. Go feed on some poor people before you try to fast travel; makes you able to fast travel aswell as you wont lose health (you got to do that constantly).
