Hmm, I just started the KotN quests and all, met the crazy dude and got the map from him for where the shrines are. Problem is, the map is impossible to read, it's blurry beyond the point of being able to tell if it's even Cyrodiil (for me at least).
Is it supposed to be like this or do I have a glitch?

My logic would also say that religious madmen are most often also connected to a religious building, so it might be wise to check it out.
