Fable 1 & 2 music theme

Post by Mephisto »

Something i love about fable is the music
in the movie at the start on the game and in the credits and stuff.
That really strong duuuu duuuuuuu duuuu duuu duuu duuu duuuuuuuuu boooom booooom!!!!
I think it's realy effective - you can watch a trailer of it on game spot or was it game spy just type in fable 2 on google and it will come up and you can watch a teaser movie of it. Looks great, you see oakvale and it looks realy victorian now. Sounds like your sister is still in it though with one of those strange paper triangle things that you move to get an answer. Any ways watch the movie and see what you think.

Oh and what do all you guys think of the theme tune?

Glad they retained Fable's introduction theme. Its really suits Fable's environment. Kudos to Danny Elfman on that theme. :) Its just wishful thinking on my part but I hope that he'll be able to conduct the whole musical score for Fable 2 instead of him doing the intro theme and another person conducting the rest of Fable's music.

I agree
I think fables music is some of the best music for a game I have every heard.

yeah, its good that they still have the original fable theme, would that about ruin the theme? if they changed it? I mean that is a good theme, and it does fit the game.

Can't agree more. Not only is the introduction theme for Fable is good but it could also be a trademark theme for future titles in the Fable series (a few alterations would be fine, provided that they still kept to the same tune). I do know of a few games that have the same introduction theme in it's sequels, like Max Payne 1&2 and the Final Fantasy series to name a few. Sure, they have a few alterations but it still is the same theme nonetheless.
