Long time lurker finally has a question of his own
:Does the science skill have any use whatsoever ? I've just finished the Great Bend and up till know I didn't see any opportunity to use it. On e the other hand, there are enough books to up this skill, and a number of recruits have this skill tagged. So, I figure it probably has some use. But what and when?
