master trainers

do most of the master trainers charge you for their training i know some do, to me, i dont really care, on morrowind, i usally carry around 50k

Yep. Almost all of them will send you on a quest or demand some other proof of your competence before deciding that you're worth their time, and after you've done that they still expect to be paid.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
