How To Find Glass Weapons

Ive been plaqying Oblivion for over a month now and I just started over. Over my time of playing I was always looking for a good weapon and ive seem to come over a Glass Warhammer during the Arena quest. BUT it wouldnt let me pick it up so I was wondering if anyone knew where i could find some Glass Weapons at.

what types of weapons you find depend on level.
if you are a low level, well then, you will find lower level weapons.
once you are a high enough level glass weapons will appear on almost anyone with a weapon.

If I recall correctly, I started finding glass armor around level 18 and glass weapons around level 23, but my luck was only 50, so you are prolly too low a level now.

Not really. If you'd just searched this forum on the word "glass," you would have found the same results in less than a minute.
