I see there are a lot of pubs out there. So it wouldn't be wise opening a new pub......
I think you could come here, try one of Edwin's magic pizzas and then go to your favourite pub....Moreover, drinking with nothing in your stomach is really dangerous!!!

Rail-Edwin could cater his pizzas to any of the other establishments(not sure about wether it's safe to be consumed or not though

@E: The advantage of having only one pub is that everybody knows where to look for the action. Now that is becoming somewhat more difficult.
