Apparently, while you were gone, you forgot about the sticky thread concerning spoilers. I'll put one in your thread title this time. Please do so in the future, or I can guarantee they will mysteriously vanish and not return. ;)
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

The Warlocks Ring is in Ashirbadon, which is on a small island just east of Bal Fell. If you take one step east of Vivec, you will be on a land mass that decends south from the Ald Sotha shrine. If you take one more step east, you will be at Bal Fell. And one more step east gets you to your destination.

Try entering Bal Fell here:

The way you get into Anudnabia is by entering Omaren AT, right beside it. But this is for an important Imperial Cult quest, so if you're going to play the Cult, don't go in there yet.

Well, it's a fairly big cave actually, and yes, it does have the warhammer in it. I guess you know which warhammer it is then. So wait until you get the quest from the Imperial Cult to go in there- or do you already have the quest? If not, then wait, unless you're not planning to play the Cult.
