Okay, this thread is for different kind of hilarious event and situations which you have encourted while playing the game.
Here are two recent ones I have had during last weeks:
In Broken Hills I tried to beat the scorpion in the chess. Apparently, I lost. Right after my character said the line that the scorpion cheated, my char did one of those "idle" animations where he changes the clip from his assault rifle. Same time the doctor said his line about not beeing bad looser.
You can surely imagine my face at that moment
Second funny moment was with Vic, when I was visiting in Vault City with him. Right after I had entered the city itself and was running to the see the Vic's daughter, instead of following me Vic run directly to the bar right next to the gate.

That scorpion encounter is really fun all the way through.
The eyesight test, the lockpicking test (how did you unlock it with thoese claws) and the chess test.
And when you beat it in chess, it is indeed a bad looser
For loads of funny goodness (if you don't mind reading combat text), make a character with 10 Luck and Jinxed. I got this:
Rat God critically missed and bit himself in the head.
Quite the contortionist, wouldn't you say?
Immediately followed by:
Rat God was critically hit in the head for 92 (!) points of damage, crushing the rodent's skull like a wet paper bag.
That was the Rat God's third attack. I used Unarmed to beat most of the things with this character (I had also taken 10 Agility and Gifted), and while I only "critically missed and lost my next action," everyone else was up the creek without a paddle. More bad guys killed themselves and each other than I did all by myself. Seriously. It's like, "don't screw with that guy. You'll just die, man."
Mulligan....
Strength: 6
Perception: 6
Endurance: 5
Charisma: 4 (he doesn't talk much)
Intelligence: 6
Agility: 10 (I love AP's and I just found a breakdown of martial arts moves)
Luck: 10
Gifted
Jinxed
The wierdest things I have ever seen happen to this guy. Things just plain kill themselves around him. I think I'll chronicle him, just to let everyone else in on the juicy goodness.
I played a Jinxed character long ago, the unfortunate (heh) thing is, it causes lots of problems with killing quest characters. I've killed people required for quests and had the quest still remain active as if I didn't finish it.

I remember one of the first times I've played Fallout at got the super cool Marcus. I was doing the caravan run and Marcus was mowing down raiders like pins at a bowling alley. Eventually he ran out of ammuntion as a raider was running at him, so he took out a flare threw it and knocked the raider unconcious for 1 damage.
Getting that poor little treasure hunter at Broken Hills trapped was also running funny.
