Starting the Vampirism Quest

How do you start this quest. I contracited vampirism and i walked around Skingrad Castle and the girl you're supposed talk to (or so i've read) won't give me the option of Vampirism Cure in the dialogue thing.

Wow i'm having a lot of issues with this vampire quest

I started this quest by talking to the female in the temple in Imperial City (Temple District) She will send you to someone else, who will send you to someone else, who will... You get the idea.

Good luck; this is a frustruating quest.

To start the quest go to any preist anywhere or if ur in the darkbrother hood talk to the vampire and they will tell u to go to see the count of skingarad. talk to the argonian lady to see the count she will leave and within a few minutes be back with the count.he two is a vampire and seeks the cure for his wife who hasnt drank blood and now is in a coma. he will tell u that there is a witch some where (he should give u a map marker, all i know its along a river) talk to her she will request that you give her 5 grand soul gems (empty)
you can get them i think the chorrol mages guild but ull have to steal them from a display case. Give them to her and shell tell u to go get her 6 garlics 2 bloodgrass and somthin else. gives those to her and wait a day she will give you two potions. drink one and go to skingarad and talk to the count give him the potion and just follo his instructions from there.

After becoming a vampire simply speak to Raminus Polius at the mages guild. He will tell you to talk to the count of Skingrad. In skingrad talk to Argonian steward and she will get the count for you. Simply follow directions from there.
