Increasing Luck Attribute

Post by Hawhat »

In other threads, I've seen references to increasing the Luck attribute when leveling up. How is this done since there are no skills linked to Luck?

Maybe it increases your chance of like knocking someone down and all that special junk you get for increasing ranks in your skills like blade, and hand to hand.

You get no multiplier on luck, because as you say there are no skills linked to luck. So the only way to increase your base, is the "slow" way of adding one point on level up..

When you level up, the amount you can increase any given attribute is determined by how many times you've increased skills related to that attribute. If you haven't used any related skills, you can only increase an attribute by +1. As you pointed out, there are no skills related to Luck, so you can only increase Luck by +1 when you level up.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

Have you completed the Main quest? *SPOILER*

When you complete the main quest you can boost your Luck for a looong period of time by about 25 points (if I remember correctly). All you have to do is (highlight):
Go to the Imperial City, Temple section, and 'activate' the statue of the Martin dragon. You'll get two bonus effects, one of which is Luck.
The effect lasts for days and days and soothes the pain of the slow attribute growth (1 measely point per level).
I am the Lord of the Waste Land; A modern day 'Man of Steel'. I gather darkness to please me
and I Command you to Kneel
