Post by FalconReaper »

Complete the mages guild quest line (all of it) before you do theives guild. makes it SOO much easier.

It's just a tip :D

Umm, the guilds literally have nothing to do with each other, so how is it easier to do one first before the other?
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

Definitely easier. It would be even cooler if the dialog options were tailored to an arch-mage doing the TG questline though. Imagine (spoiler)...

Methredel: I want you to steal the... <dramatic pause> arch-mage's icestaff! <cue tense music - dah dah daaaahhhhh>

Me: What? This old thing? I never use it anyway. Take it - it's yours!

Can the answer to this question be "No"?

i believe you don't need to steal the arrow actually. It appears as a takeable item. You can walk up in front of him and just take it.
if not then i am thinking of another quest. but i believe you can sneak behind him and still reach it's location. i can't exactly remember which it is. sorry.
Why am I fighting to live, if I'm just living to fight? Why am I trying to see, when there aint nothing in sight? Why am I trying to give, when no one gives me a try? Why am I dying to live, if I'm just living to die?

You are perfectly correct, Mr Arrow. However, his little 'assistants' are not so accomodating!
