Bruma Gate Glitch (Main Quest)

In the Bruma oblivion gate, the main quest one, i collected the stone, and started walking around, and i didn't get transported out of oblivion plain... Instead i was just three... and i just walked out of the gate. And it still didn't close. Help please... If there's someone who knows a setstage for it. That would help alot please. Thanks!

That's the one with the captain right? If so:

- ~
- player.setstage MQ10 50
- ~

If you are having issues with it in general, just type 60 instead of 50, or even to completely finish the quest 100 instead of 50. Save before attempting, etc.

OK thanks... Where do you get these setstage things anyways? Thanks. And please take a look at the half screen problem that i have, and post if you have any suggestions. Thanks alot.

I get them from TES CS - the Construction Set. Anyone can download it really, then you much about the Oblivion data file, the oblivion.esm one, and the quests are there. The items are there as well, NPCs, etc.

You click File, Data then a window pops up. On the left there is either just Oblivion.esm, or also other .esm files as well, depending on the mods and plug-ins and you double click Oblivion.esm and the box next to it will be checked. Click ok. Wait a little while for it to open. Click characters, and there you'll find quests.
