Pearls, Gems, Gold nuggets...are they needed to upgrade weapons and armor?

Post by Desperado777 »

Hey guys

I have a bunch of rings and pearls and flawed this and thats. They seem to be worth some money but I'm not sure if I should keep them. I'm not far into the game to know if I need them to make better weapons or whatnot later on. Like in Diablo 2. Can someone tell me if I should just get rid of them cause all they are good for is money?

Comments very much appreciated

Thanks

They're not really worth anything, unless you just want to leave them around and go "Ooh, look at me, I've decorated my house/hideout with jewels and crap". They really are just for eye candy (except the rings, which you might be able to enchant), and I don't think anyone's yet found a practical use for them. If anything, you might as well go and sell 'em to a trader for some quick gold. The money you make selling little trinkets like those can really pile up.
Get up, stand up. Come on, throw your hands up.

If you download a few mods, one being Arrow Imbuer, then they are useful. You can make bone, gold, elven, ebony, any type of arrow you want provided you have the supplies for it.

An ebony armor makes a LOT of ebony arrows I believe.
