Has the Bethesda server ever been down without any prior warning that there was difficulty pending? Like the virus in the main forum skins, or the really slow response time when they were overdue to add overload limits?

As nearly as I could see at 6:30 AM, CDST (it's 7:40 CDST now), there was nothing showing up to give notice that a failure was imminent.
