Hey, i've seen some screenshots of waterfalls. Can anyone please tell me where they are? Thanks.

Just follow rivers inland. Specially to hilly areas.

No flow at the falls...
Just like all rivers and oceans in Oblivion the waterfalls have no current at all and will not wash you over the edge.
One of my complaints about the water in general. Currents and tides would be cool.
