If you read it how I did, it doesn't say the computer needs to reach those things...

It's saying the students need to have this stuff, which is why I was thinking it was a joke, until I re-read the title up the top saying Computer Requirements.Students must meet the following minimum system requirements:
Computer/Processor
· Pentium II 75 Mhz
· 64 MB RAM
...etc.
