conjuration novice magic

hi i want to increase my conjuration because i want to get my intelligence up quickly but i am lvl 14 and all of the spells i find are either too much magicka or apprentice level. usually i use the chorrol mages guild but none of the spells there meet the requirements. does anyone know where to fin bound dagger, boots or helmet as i remeber those being easy and not much magicka

Bound dagger is the cheapest in Magica and is Novice level. Iirc, you can buy it from one of the two Spell shops in Imperial City Market place - Edgar's, I think. Chorrol and Bruma Mage Guilds are probably your best choice if you don't find one in the City.
