Well, I don't know about you, but I absolutely adore druids and will jump at the chance given by this young man to talk about druids here and nowhere else. Image

Not sure if I like druids or not. In BG1 I did because they could get 1 more level than clerics. In BG2 they get 7 less.

IMO the best druid 'kit' is the fighter/druid, but you only get to level 13 as a druid with that and yes, you need level 14 to get the druid quests.

Hopefully in NWN or the expansion the druid will get the ability to advance further!

Apex36....why are you asking about the druid stronghold.........again???? I answered your topic "Druid stronghold info needed".....but still I'll give you the answer again.....(copied it straight from my last "druid stronghold" answer......

Actually the Druid Stronghold only comes with three plots...(although they are quite fun)...to access the plots you have to sleep in the druid grove when required and the Grove Spirit will visit you and give you the details....
Plot 1 - Battle some trolls and recieve the Club +1 "The root of the problem"

Plot 2 - Help a kid in Trademeet and free him of Chaos....

Plot 3 - Challenge for Great Druidship/Leadership and become Great Druid

Not so many plots for this stronghold....but they are pretty enjoyable and they don't take as long time as other stronghold quests (i.e Fighter Stronghold, Bard Stronghold...etc)

Apex, it seems like you are having a bad day. Here's some advice: don't let other kids use your account, don't ask the same questions twice, and stay in school (Gruntboy can give you advice on drugs).

A Druid? You want to say ranger/CLERIC I hope. All druid spells. All cleric spells. Crushing weapons. I am not about to repeat myself... Or do you think that shapeshifting and The Root of The Problem are so mighty tools that the cleric's abilities are nothing with respect to them?

Druid isn't very powerful in BG2 or even BG1, but if you really plays AD&D, you'll fear their power...
