How do i get back to NeverWinter?

I went on to chapter 2 and forgot to do somestuff in the City Core. Is there a way to return to NeverWinter, or are there other places i can forge weapons and armor?

You can't go back to Neverwinter, but in Chapter 3 there will be a place where you can forge items etc.
