I have run across one or two references in Oblivion to the events of Morrowind, but I was curious about one thing - since Caius Cosades was recalled to the Imperial City during the Morrowind Mainquest, does he ever show up in Oblivion? And what other crossover characters/events/artifacts are there?

As I recall, he doesn't, but there is a mod out there that adds him to the game.
