does any on know where to get damage magica or drain magica on TARGET fot the vahtaven's secret mission(mages guild mission)
i am stuck and would like some help.(for the xbox 360)

On the wiki page you can't see what merhant(s) sell a certain spell, but you can list all merchants that sell spells belonging to certain schools and then go through them til you find what you're looking for.
The second link takes you to a page where you can either select a distinct spell or spell effect and see who sells that or those spells.
Since there's no spoiler tag in your thread I won't post the info directly here, so you'll have to go look it up yourself. Should be rather fast anyway.

There's an even easier way to move on.

You can find a scroll for each of the four needed spells in a chest next to Denel (the male mage close to the pillar). All of the scrolls are On Target. So, you don't have to go find a spell merchant and/or create a new spell. Just pick up those scrolls.
