TG Ulitimate Heist-Hall of Epochs [possible spoiler]

Post by shellii »

Hello to one and all. I am having a hard time with the Hall of Epochs. I have been all over the internet and have not been able to locate anyone having this same problem, yet. I go through this section at the top of the stairs it says that there must be a secret way to open this door, that it must involve the Arrow of Extrication and that you have to stand in a special spot.[done]So I go and unlock the side gate in the east wall of the upper level and I come out on a balcony, I push the block at the south end to open a secret door in the room below which leads me to an alter that has another block behind it. I push that in [done]
After going back into the main room the walls are down and there are a dew more zombies that I kill but now have access to the bridge. In the center of the bridge is the pressure plate. When I stand on the pressure plate it make the special pressure plate noise and says " this must be the spot" then nothing.........nothing happens, the pedestal does not light up, the statue does not turn and I can't even see it from the pressure plate. I have spent days retracing my steps and trying to get this to work without having to try a cheat. I really don't want to but I am just about out of ideas. Has anybody out there ran into this problem? Thank you all in advance for the help.

Are you 100% sure the statue doesn't turn? As you mentioned, it's almost impossible to see from the platform. It really helps to be at least a Journeyman of Marksman, because then you can hold Block while you have an arrow nocked to zoom in on your target.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

With higher Marksmanship skill can aim more accurate. But if your skill is too low such as my character, you need to aim your shoot more higher, since the distance is very long you must aim your shoot very higher.

I'm thinking you are nor aiming well enough. try sereveral times, flamed arrows could posibbly help since light effect as far I remember...
Those who think about the end, could not be a hero...
