Ugh, what a choice. I have to choose between banning the hated cars or banning protesting. Why can't I have both?

Oh, this is not an issue to be ignored. I can ban cars which I hate so much (and not even for the reasons the bike-riding hippies listed), or ban my people's ability to protest, which is essential for a ruthless, fascist dictator such as myself.
