Immortality Belt

Post by darknexium »

I noticed that after reading through the last few parts of your walkthrough that you mentioned the immortality belt quite a bit and i was wondering where you can find it (I play Xbox version). Also kudos on the walkthrough itself it helped a lot on the puzzles.

Welcome to the site & hope you return often. As you can see it is still a very active & useful place to bookmark.

Immortality belt, according to my game editor, has the same chance of appearance as any other belt. But in my experience (about 16 times to finish) I have found it in the last quarter of the game mostly. Just check all the boxes & always see what a merchant is selling.

Good Luck

It's just a name... It's a belt that boosts a wide range of stuff. Force Resist belts are better IMO, at least by the time you get to the point where you find such items.

You can thank the random item system for that. Just try and reload a save game before opening any crates. That's the only way so far, unless you have the determination to play through the whole game after you complete it the first time.

D'oh!! Looks like the best bet is to do the reload trick. Can't be of much help here. :(

God, I'm embarrassed to say that, when I went to reply to this post, I forgot there were belts in this game. :o

I don't think I've ever seen the Immortality Belt, but I have to second Greg in Force resist belts. It's been a month since I played the game, so I don't recall what belt I usually prefer, although I know I do like the belts with the massive skill bonuses (but those I usually give to other chars).

Forgot to mention that I did manage to acquire the Immortality belt in my first try (only played once and I got it. Lucky me :) ). Must have gotten it via searching a crate or looting a dead body though I can't be sure.
