Glitch at the end (Spoiler)

I beat the game's main quest for the third time now, but something different happened. After Martin had turned into the dragon and won the battle and after the movie thing I'm back in the temple of the one. With me are Chancellor Ocato, Jauffre, and another Blade. I went to talk to Ocato about the armor when Jauffre and the Blade attack him. The problem is the Chancellor can not be killed, only knocked out. He eventually kills Jauffre and the Blade. I loaded and tried again and the same thing happens, but this time I knock Ocato out and leave and every things is back to normal. It was kind of funny, has this happened to anyone else. This did not happen before when I beat the game, and the only I have changed since the last time I played was downloaded the patch from the Elder Scrolls web site.
