Yeah, true, but by the time you do the hell trials, there are two rings of regeneration, an Ioun stone with Regeneration, and a ring of gaax at your disposal. Plus, the 20 CON regeneration rate blows/.

Quick question

Just on the whole if you chose an evil option you turn evil alignment. What happens if your a paladin? do you turn to a fallen paladin? if so can you regain your paladin status with little to no loss?

Yes, you fall. By the time you're in hell, there's no way to regain your status.

I think, if I remember correctly, that you can regain your status earlier in the game if you have the paladin stronghold, but I'm not 100% sure...

Incidentally, you can resurrect on the Selfishness test if your difficulty slider is below Core.

If I remember correctly you cannot regain your Paladin abilities. I think a fighter like pc is the best chance after fallen Paladin status. Correct me if I'm wrong, which I'm sure someone will.
