hey have been expelled from the guild and to get in i shall get 20 dragon tooth plants and 20 redwort flowers.
im level 6

You need spoilers in your title.

Anyways, what is the problem exactly, I am not following completely ... you need 20/20 of what? You must have been told what it is, or it's in the quest log.

When that happened to me, I was told to gather 20 dragon tooth plants and 20 redwort flowers. They are hard to find in the shops, so you'll have to go out into the wilderness.

I've never seen a wild dragon tooth plant and the wild redworts are really rare. I think I've found 3 or 4. Highlight to see:
Console command: tg
It makes finding ingredients easier (toggle grass)

Try searching to the south and east of Skingrad, you'll find tons of redwort flowers and a few dragon's toothes, but apparently something's buggy about the quest, b/c when I did it he took the 20 redwort and 6 dragon's tongue, which was all I had, and said good job you're back in. I did happen to be the arch mage at the time, so I shoulda fired his ass for incompetence

There's a nice number of both them in a small patch on the edge of a swamp that's near the top of the "d" in Blackwood. And yes, the quest is bugged in the fact that you need 20 of one and x number of the other, where x > 0.

OH, YEAH! I needed that. Been trying to turn the grass off forever. It just gets me in trouble.
