i was watching this 6 part video of the game before it came out and it said that u can sneak in and STEAL the shop. can u own a shop?!
and also i saw the person playing the video go to Chorrol and to the book shop by the gate (forget which 1) and the person playing the game talk to the owner and she said: "its so scary with all the gates opening, please come upstairs with me." andson did. when he got up to her room there was a dog. do u know anybody with dogs that don't try to kill me? i know the fighters guild has one but im looking for on outside.
First of all, you cannot 'steal' a shop, you can certainly make off with their entire inventory, but you cant steal an entire building with out any one noticing...
Second, yes, many people have dogs, I have seen them around Chorrol, and Cheydinhal.
