Stuck in a Coffin in the Catacombs

Lord all mighty. I am currently stuck in a coffin... Yes, that's correct. I was opening a coffin when those stupid rats came in and started biting, so i killed them and then somehow I got stuck in a coffin door and I cannot move. My little legs keep a swinging but I don't go anywhere... Does anyone know how to aleviate this problem?

If you can back flip with an athletics of 4 turn facing the coffin and backflip out of it.

whenever i got stuck in the left side of an opening coffin that opens left i always got stuck right there and i couldnt get out

i always had to close out of that one and dont save
then you just open the one you have saved last and dont do the same thing twise causse that will really suck
