My brother try to import his char and he loose all the quest he has played. After a careful examination it seems he try to roam around Hell again, which the game think he didn't finish the game

I was wondering if any of you have try Diablo 2 expansion pack and encounter any problems with it.
My brother try to import his char and he loose all the quest he has played. After a careful examination it seems he try to roam around Hell again, which the game think he didn't finish the game

This is an RPG forum, so help may be a long while in coming...you may want to try the battle.net DII forum, which has occasionally answered my technical questions before.
though I must warn you that the majority of people there can be a bunch of egotistical morons (hmmm...forget i said that).
I've never heard of this bug before...when you install LoD all your quests should be there, and you have to talk to Tyrael in Act 4 who will open a gateway for you to Act 5... What exactly do you mean by your brother having lost all his quests? If he's in hell, doesn't that mean that his quests have been done?
[Edited 0224h - I included a link to the battle.net forum before, which i don't think i was supposed to do. I've gotten rid of it (i think). The forum isn't too hard to find...sorry I can't be of more help, like i said, I never heard of this happeneing before.]
