The Story of Oblivion, need some help. *Spoilers Possible*

Alrighty, I'm in need of some aid on the story of oblivion. I need to know the basics of oblivion's actual plotline, and/or any major events that happen. The reason I can't do this is because I can't get to the first quest without it glitching and crashing (I've tried everything too).

So, I ask if there are any willing people to aid in this? And not just the story of oblivion, some interesting rumors you have heard and some random quests you've undertaken.

Reason being for this thread, I am starting a DND campaign and I'm basing it off of oblivion, but modifying it to my perspective.

Now, if you don't know what I mean yet, I'll give you an example. I just need two to three sentances of an event happening on oblivion.

Example-

Kvatch is under siege and needs help. An oblivion gate, a gate mainly used to summon Daedra or Dremora has risen from the ground.

Or for rumors, simply type out the rumors for this.

If you are willing to help, as to not upset any wandering eyes, I ask that you PM or Instant Message this information to me.

If you decide to help, like I said, it doesn't have to be huge, just two to three sentances explaining the event/quest/storyline section of oblivion.


Thanks for your time, and sorry that I can't do this myself. Oblivion won't work for me with it's glitching and I'm stuck without the main quest until a patch comes out.
