So according to some folks, there's supposed to be this curiass sold at the Guilded Carafe in the Market Disctrict that gives +50 to Magicka and +5 to Agility. Apparently people have seen it by as low as level 14, but I'm currently at 17 and it's AWOL. Anyone know if there's a certain trigger that needs to be activated before this item is sold?
