i tought of a this might be a spoiler yes, but later on it didnt seem spoiler to me, so i didnt add it. but Ok, as for the spam, i dont want to add a whole conversations here, just some1 that says something like:
yes or no it will/wont cause...

To add something to this thread.....and what I think the posater meant...

Weeks after clearing Kvatch, its is still on fire, the bodies in rthe same places, etc. It would be nice to have the city rebuilt.

The same for the Mages guild in Bruma. Itis still on fire weeks after I finished that quest. My first act as arch mage certainly would have been to restore it to its former glory....

With all its attention to detail, I wish Oblivion would get things like this right....

I wouldn't be surprised if it will be restored eventually. Provided that you pay Bethesda the appropriate courtesy, of course. ;)

I don't think it'll be restored in THIS game.

I'm sure a mod will be made, though. :)

I am sure it will be restored eventually.
As far I know it has been destroyed and rebuild before. But it probably takes some time to rebuild a whole city.

If it is going to be in TES V I have no idea. TES V might not even take place in Cyrodill.

There are mod(s?) in development that aim to do this :)
